Reliable Drying & Curing of UV Materials

Shorter cycle times in electronics manufacturing require fast, stable, and energy-efficient curing processes. With the RDS UV LED, Rehm Thermal Systems offers a modern solution for reliably curing UV coatings, adhesives, and potting compounds.

Stationary full-area exposure ensures uniform illumination across the entire PCB and minimizes shadowing—even on complex assemblies. This delivers reproducible results with short exposure times of just a few seconds.

UV LED technology significantly reduces energy consumption compared with conventional systems and operates without infrared radiation, protecting sensitive components.

Thanks to its broad material compatibility, the system can process both LED-optimized coatings and a wide range of established, certified UV-curable materials. This enables a gradual transition to LED technology without the need for an immediate change of materials.
